Our Story

T1 Healthcare was established in 2025.  We are an Irish-owned and operated provider of care and support services for people living with disabilities and their families.  We have been in the Irish marketplace for the past 18 years through our ownership and involvement in a number of care organisations.

Originally focused on the communities of Kerry and West Cork, T1 Healthcare quickly built a reputation for delivering high-quality, trusted services — both privately and in partnership with the HSE. Today, we proudly provide disability supports and services across Ireland in residential, respite, in-home, and community settings.

Guided by our commitment to high-quality, person-centred care, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support every day. We now operate several Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) designated residential and respite care centres, employing over 200 dedicated team members. Together, we help our service users live fulfilling, independent lives with the support they need, when they need it most.
